A bruising fullback and Toronto native who began his long CFL career with the Argos and was the East’s top rookie in 1976. Later turned to broadcasting, and was named general manager of the Tiger-Cats. Neil’s son Jesse himself played for the Ticats and competed for Canada in the Olympics.
