Joe joined the Argos midway through his career and formed an impressive one-two punch at QB with Condredge Holloway. He was named the 1983 Grey Cup MVP for coming off the bench and leading the Argos to a dramatic 18-17 victory. He threw the game winning pass to Cedric Minter late in the 4th quarter. Joe lives in Texas where he works in the oil & gas industry.
