The Toronto Argonauts Alumni Association was saddened by the news that former Boatman Bill Graham passed away January 15, 2019. The association lost a lost a dear friend and teammate.
Bill played in the CFL with Calgary and BC as well as Toronto. He played for the Argos in 1959-1960. He retired from football to join his brothers in growing their family business “Graham Brothers” to one of Ontario’s largest independent heavy equipment construction contracting companies.
Bill is a member of several Halls of Fame including Brampton Sports Hall of Fame, the Ontario Road Builders Association Hall of Fame and the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame. Bill will be sadly missed by his family, friends and Argos brothers.
Funeral service for Bill Graham will be held on Monday January 21st, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Faith Gospel Tabernacle, 140 Salvation Drive in Brampton.
