The perfect blend of size and quickness at RB, he won two Grey Cups with the Argos in ‘96 and ‘97. Twice he was named CFL & East All-Star with Toronto, twice led team in rushing including one 1,000-plus yard season, and scored an incredible 23 touchdowns. He now lives in Syracuse, NY where he owns a business that specializes in high performance training.
